1. Macau Tower
Macau Tower, or Macau Sky Tower, located at the center of Macau, is a sightseeing tower that has become one of the most visited sites in this region. If you are brave enough, you can also taste the experience of bungy jumping from the top of the tower. 2. Ruins of St. Paul’s Cathedral
Another breath taking place you should see when holiday in Macau is the Ruins of St. Paul’s Cathedral, the other popular tourist destination in Macau. The site, which is also known of Mater Dei, used to be a Portuguese cathedral that was dedicated to Saint Paul in the 17th century. The Ruins of St. Paul’s Cathedral is a landmark of Macau that has been nominated as the one of World Heritage Site Historic Centre of Macau by UNESCO.
3. Macau Museum of Art
The only art museum in Macau that you probably want to visit is located at the Cultural Centre of Macau in the Outer Harbour area. The museum displays a large numbers of visual art works. The five floor building has seven categories of exhibition galleries on each floor. The museum has also a library saving a plenty of art-related books and equipped with modern facilities such as internet, visual room, video projector and slides for the purpose of public seminars. Moreover, at the ground level of the museum, there is also a workshop where various art courses are regularly held.
4. Sun Yat-Sen Park
While on a holiday in Macau, it is recommended to visit the Macau Park, which is located at the northwest area of the Macau Peninsula. The park, which lies on the area of 70,000 square meters, is the largest park in Macau Peninsula. There are two parts in the park and both of them have different styles. The northeast one comes in classical Chinese garden style, while the other one, which is located at the southwest area, comes in European style.
