What is the first thing that comes out in your mind when you questioned about Japan? Most people would immediately reveal to Tokyo. Tokyo is one of the most congested cities in Japan. Of course it is because Tokyo is the capital city of Japan. In Japan you would be hard pressed to find people fluent in English, so if you want to spend your vacation in Japan at least you should have a book that serves Japanese daily conversation. Most people who come to Japan wanted to visit Tokyo, because Tokyo is one of the world’s most futuristic cities and goals that never lose sight of its traditions. With a landscape that includes skyscrapers, volcanic peaks, Shinto shrines and cherry gardens are everywhere, and tourists have many options to look at everything.
The skyscraper that is currently the latest one thing to heaven is the Sky Tree Tokyo, the world’s tallest tower reaches a height of 634 meters. Tokyo Sky Tree Tokyo to allow visitors to see a whole new perspective from the observation deck. Another new development is DiverCity, a mega-complex on the island of Odaiba in Tokyo Bay. DiverCity consists of a large shopping mall, restaurants, sporting venues, offices and coupled robot animation series Gundam statue with super-size. On the island of Odaiba there is also a traditional bath house, music hall Zepp, Tokyo Leisure Land, two town beaches, and a replica of the Statue of Liberty. Although it continues to evolve with new malls, stores and buildings, but the classic attractions of Tokyo remained compelling. Akihabara, Electric Town, is an unparalleled intrigue for electronics enthusiasts, while spending on the sidewalk in Harajuku Takeshita can keep abreast of fashion during swipe their credit cards.
For a holiday in the middle of town, Meiji Shrine allows travelers to rest in the middle of a vast pine forest to see and observe the Shinto sacred custom. Nearby is Yoyogi Park provides green space for relaxation and a place to see people milling around.
We probably familiar with the word ‘Geisha’, it is one of the distinctive cultures of Japanese society. You can see it in Asakusa. Here you will be treated to puppet shows commonly called Japanese kabuki in Kabuki Theater.
If you are on holiday to Japan in early April to late April, you will be presented with the cherry blossoms. Sakura can be seen everywhere. Sakura is a typical Japanese flower and are always shown in a wide range of consumer goods, including kimono, stationery, and kitchen appliances. For the Japanese, the cherry is an important symbol, which is often associated with women, life, death, and also a symbol to express the bond between people, courage, sadness, and joy. Sakura is also a metaphor for traits that are not eternal life.
Tokyo is a perfect place to visit. It is one of a very pleasant place to fill your vacation time.
